Welcome Douglas County Employees. Your employee assistance program (EAP) provides counseling and referral services for personal and work related issues.  Your benefits include:

• Professional counseling for issues of anger, marriage, depression, and addiction
• Referral to an attorney, financial or career advisor

Your supervisor may refer you to Wellness 2000 for counseling.  If that happens, we will work with you to resolve personal or work related issues. Your privacy will be protected.
